Really appreciate the experience with StormGuard! We called them when we noticed some mold in our garage this past fall. They came out and inspected the house and we eventually found that out house was missing the flashing between the roof and the siding. Gotta love the integrity of builders in the early aughts and whoever likely painted over problem areas when they sold us the house. We also had some really crappy vinyl dental molding above our windows that had gaps between the house and the siding as well. So, we clearly had some issues with water ingress.

The quote was fair and the work was well done. They covered all the spots of concern and I'm certain our house is in a good spot where they did the work. We would gladly go with StormGuard again when it's time to upgrade or fix other areas of our house.

Storm Guard was canvassing our neighborhood and offered a free estimate, just what we needed to plan for replacing our roof in the future. The appointment was made, somehow missed a step and no one came. They were able to quickly reschedule for later today, same day.
Luke came and provided us an estimate, answered all the questions that I had. He was straightforward and gave an honest assessment of our roof's condition with photos. He gave some suggestions but didn't try to offer anything that we didn't align with our goals.
I was asked to provide a 5 star review, as he shared this was how he was paid for his time. Maybe this is old fashioned, but I think a 5 star review means someone's socks were knocked off. It also makes me wonder if this industry pays their hard-working employees in this manner. I appreciate his transparency and the work done (toys removed from the roof!), so four stars seems appropriate. I see there are many recent 5 star reviews, and not to say that they aren't worthy of 5 stars, but I wonder how many of those were requested.
All in all, we are grateful for the work done and the time spent on our home.

Great communication with the crew and love their willingness to listen to my concerns and then address them. Had a 30sq roof redone and found out they had replace approximately 1/3 of the decking. I have an oddball addition on my house too with an octagon roof, and they did a great job of addressing my concerns with leaks on that as well. They showed me pictures along the way. They found a window was not sealed and took care of that for me while they were at it. They take a lot of care in the cleanup. Great online system to work within on the project. The field manager, Kyle, has a great demeanor when listening to my concerns, making me feel like they really care, instead of making me feel like I was nit picking. The roof crew did a nice clean job. I really appreciate the long warranty and like the product options when looking at big wind storms, offering strong materials. They will come out twice in the following year to check on the roof to make sure no issues pop up. This gives me an extra peace of mind. The salesman, Brady, the scheduling crew, and project coordinator, Rob, that worked with me were all very responsive, kept me up to date, and were very professional and friendly.

Rob Fritsch, was our first point of contact to get the job started. Was there to answer any questions and always delivered on any asks.

Dave Ring was our project Superintendent of the project once the crew was onsite. Answered any questions and addressed concerns in a timely manner. Took calls after hours due to our schedule and made sure we were up to date on everything. Made recommendations based on preserving the longevity of our building and not just to make a buck. Wanted to do things the right way.

Manuel was the crew leader. These guys bust there butts to get everything done in a timely fashion. Very courteous of the neighborhood surroundings. Once he noticed all the neighborhood kids playing outside, took it upon himself to make extra precaution that the work area was secure and safe.

I would recommend Storm Guard for any siding project needs. Our building looks completely different and definitely stands out in our neighborhood. A BIG THANK YOU to Rob, Dave and Manuel for making this project a big success for us

Prompt, thorough, and economical! After working with a few contractors, Storm Guard was the only one to isolate a persistent water leak on my house.

Storm Guard was the only contractor to perform any testing to find the source of my leak. After contacting them, they came to inspect my roof and siding around the area of the leak. They followed on within a week to perform a water test, which located the problem. The quote for repair was in line with others I’d received. Within a couple more weeks, the repair was scheduled and performed on a rare warm January day.

The crews and personnel are to a person, friendly and informed. I asked lots of questions and am satisfied with the thoughtfulness and detail of the answers. The repair crew made a lot of pictures highlighting the project. Everyone was easy to work with. I can’t speak to the ultimate effectiveness until a driving rain from the West, but I’m feeling confident!

I am very pleased with Storm Guard. Start from the beginning, they were able to schedule estimate visit very quickly. They were also able to schedule the work very quickly, which is very important for me as my roof has been leaking for some time. I cannot wait too long. A lot of places need to wait a long time.
Unfortunately, due to unpredictive winter weather, they had to cancel the appointment a couple of times. But Rob always kept me posted about their work schedule. On the workday, they came and did the work very efficiently and finished very quickly. All waste materials were removed without leaving any trace on my yard. The quick and clean work leaves nobody noticing there was a big work on my house. I am looking forward to future opportunities with Storm Guard.
