Building with Stone Martin Builders was truly the best experience! As a first-time home buyer, I felt genuinely cared for and "in the loop" the entire time. Robin was very knowledgeable of the different floorplans and sold me on the Monterrey plan. At the time, the model home was also the Monterrey plan, and the staging was so beautiful and helped as a selling point. In my initial visit, Robin sent me home with all the resources I need to help inform my decision before choosing. Throughout my build, I was kept updated on the progress of my home, and when I had questions, Levi delivered a timely response. Levi kept me well informed of the process and my steps after move-in. The entire process was easy, and I'm glad this was my experience as a first time buyer!

We just finished the final walkthrough of our new house in Coventry. I have heard lots of horror stories about building a new house, and our experience with Ashley, Kris, and Zach was the complete opposite. They made the process so easy. Our realtor even noted that this was the smoothest build process he has ever been a part of. They were very willing to answer any questions we had, gave very thorough explanations of everything they did, and never made us feel stupid if we didn't understand something. Our inspector was also impressed with the quality of the house. We look forward to living in it!!

I live in Dothan Alabama and the first time I encountered Sharon Ingram at the Charleston Mills neighborhood built by Stone Martin she was so helpful. I am a real estate agent and have really enjoyed sending my buyers to the communities built by Stone Martin builders! I take all my buyers to visit the Charleston Mills model home and to meet Sharon. Then I take them out to the new Magnolia Trace neighborhood that is about to open!
