Not sure if this company is one of Lennars clients. But there were contracted by Lennar homes of California to inspect my home. They inspected the inside of my home which I am not disputing but they did not mention any cracks on the outside of my home in which that was my main concern. I have called them to discuss this and they hung up on me and wont even take my calls. Per their report, "We did not observe any geotechnical issues with regards to the home's exterior or interior." I think these photos prove different as they are growing cracks that worsen. Also note that this company is not BBB accredited as I have filed a complaint with BBB and BPELSG.
