This company is by far the most dishonest and unprofessional organization I have ever encountered in my professional career. After specifically asking the owner to come and inspect my driveway to make certain that a delivery of gravel could be made without causing damage (which he did), his driver destroyed an 800 foot section of my driveway. One would think anyone with any common sense would have stopped after the first 10 or 20 feet. Not only did he destroy the driveway, he didn't even stop or call to notify me of what had happened. I found out from my kids because I was out of town when the delivery was made. When I contacted the owner, he texted me that it's not his problem and then had the audacity to text "good luck" after I stated I would have to make a claim for the damage with my insurance company! Also, while I was having repairs made to my driveway, "an anonymous caller" contacted the DNR and made a false claim that I was illegally excavating my land without a permit. Fortunately, the DNR representative was very courteous and told me the vicinity of where the call had originated from and also told me that I was doing nothing wrong. To make things worse, the owner doubled the agreed upon price for the gravel and sent a bill 6 months after his driver destroyed my driveway. After incurring substantial losses for my driveway repairs, I had no intention of paying him for the inflated invoice. So after only sending one invoice and 6 months after the fact, he then had a collection agency contact me to collect his inflated invoice. After going through this mess, I found out from numerous people and businesses, that this company is dishonest, shady and has caused lots of damage elsewhere.
