Jason was so great! We have had multiple companies come in to clean our chimney over the years and none of them have been able or taken the time to get our damper to open and close properly. He took the time to take it apart and make it work properly. We will absolutely be using his services again!

Jason did a great job cleaning our chimney. He also identified some additional work that needs to be done both outside on our roof and inside the chimney. He left our home's interior very clean so I would not hesitate to bring him back again!

Scheduled an appointment to have fireplace cleaned and inspected on a home I was purchasing. Tech showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Found flue tile to be cracked and pieces busted out. I was told I would get pictures with a detailed estimate for full repairs and I needed these for proof so I could work a final deal on the house. It was getting to be crunch time with only 2 weeks until closing. I got the 350$ bill in the mail with no pictures ever emailed to me , no qoute for repairs like I was told, and extremely vague description of the issues. Called 3 days in a row and got voice-mail everytime. Finally got a call back 4 days after I got the bill in the mail. Never received anything to use for presenting the issues to the seller. I did purchase the house anyways and will be using someone else to purchase from and Install the unit with liner. Cost me lots of money on the final house price as I had no proof of the issues without time to get another inspector in. Waste of 350 $

I used chimney medics to clean the chimney and then to come back and do a chimney inspection. At first I thought they were ok. Truth is once the inspection was over we were told that there was a stage 3 creosote buildup which would start a fire in the chimney as well as a few other issues. We were told that we would get an estimate sent to us. We were not shown pictures of the supposed issues. We received the estimate which didn't itemize anything but only showed the supplies they were going to use. The estimate was pricy so 3 different times i called them and asked for an estimate for only the creosote removal. I never heard back from them. I called another company to get a price for the creosote removal since that is what we were told was the dangerous thing that would cause a fire if we used our fireplace. I'm glad I got a second opinion. The chimney was inspected by the other company, he as well took pictures of the inside of the chimney and he showed us the pictures at that time. We were also shown what stage 3 creosote buildup looks like and we did not have stage 3 creosote buildup. I'm glad I never received the amended estimate because of I had I would have taken their word thathad major chimney issues when I don't. Nice try to try and take advantage of people by trying to use scare tactics just so you can make money. I would never use this company. Buyer beware always get a second opinion.

Steve Wirtz and gang built our home in 2006. I could spend hours telling stories about our experience. The house is on the corner of Fisher rd and forest Ave. In hickory heights subdivision. We sold it and moved to AZ, last year. I believe Steve is a smooth talker, but doesn't follow up. I hope he has improved his communication over the years.. When the plumber cut a hole in the floor of the basement in the wrong area, and hauled copper pipes in when the plan clearly says peks tubing and put the shower unit in the wrong bathroom that was sort of the beginning, part of the problem was we had all these subcontractors and the General contractor (Steve) let them do their own thing instead of monitoring their work. BIG AL the carpenter shot a 2x4 through the finished drywall in the kitchen, then he filled the hole with putty to hide it, lol he didn't want to cut boards in the garage to far to walk. One big thing is one of the guys sloped the concrete wrong by the patio door, and years later we had water seeping in the sunroom I found out when the floor got spongy. We paid dearly to fix that situation, could have been avoided. The year our house was built Steve decided to build a parade home to sell, deadlines etc. our house was delayed. I physically had to go over there and ask them to work on ours. Oh yes, Steve baby, he thought I was crazy complaining about these things. I think our house was his first build, I guess his brother is a great home builder. Its over we survived, can't recommend the guy and sometimes wondered where he got his crew, some seemed pretty shady. The only one we were happy with was our electrician. I think I'll end this now, maybe I'll come back sometime with more info about this experience. Buyer beware, and this wasn't the 1st house we built either... We never got an apology for any of it, he never answered his phone or spoke to us again when the house was finished.

My new kitchen and living room look great! It was great working with SWB. They were professional and made the remodel a positive experience. Their staff was super helpful and I can’t say enough about Megan. The painter, drywaller, plumber, countertop installer and electrician were also good to work with.
The only issues we had were with Quest. We had numerous issues with the flooring, backsplash and overall communication.
