I've had the pleasure of selling a handful of Stepping Stone Homes and it's always been a smooth process. Turnkey new construction is a matrix to most home buyers. SSH makes it easy w/their great communication. Their two final walk-throughs - one using blue tape to identify any bumps/scratches/issues w/the home along with the actual final walk through is super helpful, not only for the buyers, but for a buyers agent. Easy to work with - quality construction - terrific communication. What's not to like? 🙂

Beautiful homes with classic plans and designs. We’ve been a Stepping Stones owner since 2021 and have been very happy with our home.
When we did our walk through before closing and noticed a few things to be fixed, they responded quickly as to not affect our closing date. They provided a walk through of all the “smart” features of the home which was very helpful. And, everyone we’ve worked with has been super friendly and professional.
We have two small children and two big dogs- so to say things are holding up solid is an understatement.

We just had our 3rd year anniversary in our Stepping Stone Home.
