My project, in the scheme of things, was a very small undertaking compared to their other endeavors, but no one there gave the impression it was small potatoes. My $15000 job got the same degree of personal attention as their other work. Moreover, when Lynn, the design consultant, came to the house she recommended that I not replace a counter top in good condition just for the sake of change. Lynn helped me to recognize that there's merit in not putting materials into a home that doesn't need that yet. Maybe sometime. I also appreciated that Chris Stebnitz took the time to give me a tour of their home office and that everyone he introduced me to seemed genuinely pleased to be a part of their team. There was a very positive energy in the place. I'm all about finding sources of positive energy in life and I'd recommend anyone else to head there too. The flooring and kitchen work turned out just as I hoped, with little to no effort on my part...another key to a good life. I'm grateful!

I wanted to let you and the whole team know how happy I am with my new kitchen. It looks amazing and more importantly it functions better than I imagined. Even cleaning up is a breeze!

It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone, but especially Joe. He did a meticulous job on every aspect. His high standards put me at ease and I felt like I didn’t need to micromanage anyone because he always had it under control. He gave me a summary of what was happening and what to expect every day. Plus he’s a great guy with a positive attitude. That’s saying a lot after having someone in my home every day for several weeks!

Stebnitz Builders recently completed the residing of my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail that the crew paid to my project. They removed all of the old siding, repaired the insulation and home wrap, installed all new trim and then added the new siding. They finished with caulking and the repainting of the trim. On time and on budget.Our ten week project broke ground in March 1st, 2017 and included a complete exterior renovation and two story addition. We couldn't be more pleased from initial planning to punch list completion. Communication and responsiveness was exceptional and highly professional.
