Wow! I am writing on behalf of my husband, who is a Bristol Bay fisherman, and had Stay Cool lines up to help him with his RSW system on his boat. He had spoke to them far before he arrived in Alaska, and thought he was going to have a technician from Stay Cool to help. At least that is what was promised to him. Interestingly enough, he’s still waiting on that technician he was promised. My family depends on my husband to catch fish, that’s how we survive, apparently Stay Cool Pete’s family must not depend on setting up refrigeration systems because, well they don’t.
