Starwood Custom Homes built me an amazing home! I had never built custom before and was a bit nervous, but they made the experience very easy and fun. I would definitely recommend them! Their attention to detail, customer service, and willingness to make things right when I was not satisfied with something, made this journey very pleasant. Was everything about the process problem free? Absolutely not, BUT, when a company will bend over backwards to make it right.....you know you have a winner! There's nothing more you could ask for! I will always recommend them and will never use another builder for any future homes! Thank you Starwood for exceeding my expectations for my home!

We stumbled upon Starwood a couple years ago when a friend recommended them as the #1 builder in AZ. We were so happy with the service we received from the moment we made the phone call with Mark, to the amazing team we were given to complete our home. Jason, Stacey and David were all phenomenal to work with. We developed such an easy rapport with them, that I can truly call them family. Every detail of our home was addressed in a timely manner and the strenuous nature of building a custom home was made seamless by Starwood’s experience in the business. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly we were able to move into our dream home, given the delays during the pandemic; but our project managers were exceptional at finishing the job. We love our home so much that we have already recommended Starwood to several friends. We are grateful to have chosen Starwood as our builder and truly are blessed to live in our beautiful home!

maybe the homes are nice. but one of the drivers cut me off blatantly.. I was I. the left hand turn lane on prasad.. going onto Waddell. they literally cut me off. just because they didn't want to wait like everyone else. I hope their management sees this.. people need to be held accountable. this happened at 1255. today may 21

We are very happy with our choice to use Starwood to build our custom home. They were the only builder who took the time to work with us to build our dream home within our budget. We broke ground in September of 2020 and had our challenges along the way (pandemic, labor and material shortages, price hikes) but Starwood was able to deliver on their promises and complete our home. The process was not without some issues but we were constantly kept in the loop and made to feel important. Big shout out to Trent Duncan, Daniel Haber and Stacey Permana. Trent took control of our project after a prolonged delay and despite all our challenges pushed the project to completion and always addressed all our concerns with positivity and a smile. Daniel Haber is an exceptional project manager. Daniel stepped in at a low point in our project and tirelessly pushed our project to completion. He always represented our best interest and treated our home and concerns with top priority. Stacey held my hand through design selections and was amazing at keeping me on task and entertaining all my design ideas. This house truly took a village to build and we were pleased we chose Starwood to be our builder.

First time building a custom home. We were very well taken care of through the whole process. Many times there were questions, concerns, and truthfully some doubts since we had heard all about homebuilding......However, the whole team at Starwood came through and delivered our dream home in less time than originally planned. This was quite suprising since the construction industry is currently running at full speed. We personally know several projects of close friends that are running months behind. This was not the case with us, and it is very clear that Starwood has a very good grip of their business and trades. They worked seamlessly with our financial institution, and made it very easy for us to achieve everything we desired. We even threw in some changes through the project and they handled them without missing a beat. We worked very closely with David Allen, Caleb, and Howie. David made sure that the project ran smoothly while Caleb and Howie were on site constantly to ensure quality and craftsmanship was on par with their high standards. They all seemed to have the vision of a very near perfect completion, and were not afraid to make things right even though it meant some re-working at times. I must mention Jake took us in from the beginning and gave us so much guidance to get an accurate and bid that made it very clear they were the builder of choice for our project. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE WHOLE STARWOOD TEAM!!!!

My husband and I were beyond pleased working with Starwood Custom Homes! They were open, friendly, and very easy to collaborate with. When issues came up as they invariably do, we were able to review, discuss, and come to a mutually satisfying solution within a couple of days. Dean was easy to reach any time we had questions or concerns. Ben, our project manager, was outstanding in his ideas, recommendations, and problem-solving. He was available via phone, text, and emails at all hours and responded quickly. We couldn't be happier with our custom home and would definitely choose them again. The quality of construction and end results are amazing.
