Gregg and Gilbert are amazing! Not only did they bring my vision to life and bring our railings up to current code, they were great communicators, efficient, stuck to their cost and schedule, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our stair has tricky angles and turns, and Gregg provided beautiful, thoughtful design solutions that made this architect happy. Great attention to details!
They are true masters of their art, and wonderful human beings I enjoyed working with. And very fair pricing, too, especially for the quality they provide.
I will be recommending them to all my family and friends looking to upgrade their stairs.

These guys are awesome and did a fantastic job on our staircase. They really know what they are doing and listened to our ideas and helped us select a design that is beautiful. I truly do not know where to start. If you are looking to replace your staircase- I can not imagine anyone doing a better job than Gregg at Staircrafters. Gregg was so kind, he responded to my emails (and trust me I can be annoying) he gave me a very fair price based on the pics I sent to him and there were never any surprises. From the first email to the finished product was less than 3 weeks. I love the fact that they come and measure, build the staircase at their location then deliver and install in 1 day. We just went through a painful 8-week kitchen remodel- trust me when I say Gregg was a PLEASURE to work with and renewed my faith in contractors. Gregg and Gilbert (I hope I didn't screw up his name) were both so kind and professional that I truly can't say enough good things. The finished product exceeded all my expectations and is truly beautiful. My husband and I were 10000% happy with the workmanship. Not to mention they left my house cleaner than they found it 🙂 #dontjudge I can promise one thing I will NEVER use anyone else besides Staircrafters in the future- they have a loyal customer/friend for life. I posted pictures so you all can see just how beautiful the work is that was done by Staircrafters.
