We used Sowards remodeling services for our kitchen and master bathroom. We got several quotes and theirs was the most reasonable by far! Sowards Contracting performed a complete tenant finish of my new sports bar (Overtime Lounge). The storefront was bare studs when they started the project, and Josh completely fulfilled my vision of turning the space into a top-quality entertainment space. He was highly involved in each stage of the project, kept me informed all along the way, addressed any issues that arose in a timely and professional manner, and kept the project running on schedule. I am so pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend Josh and his crew!

We used Sowards Contracting Services for a to-the-studs kitchen remodel (with a bonus desk/sewing area/storage cabinets added!) and flooring/paint in most of our downstairs. The estimate we received was clear and cost-appropriate. We were having some difficulties in determining design for the kitchen area, and Josh provided suggestions that we are so glad we used. He was able to perfectly walk that line between providing too much help and providing too little help with decisions. We appreciated his knowledge, expertise, and design eye, especially because that is an area we have little proficiency in.
The project stayed on track with the timeline he outlined, and the payment schedule was fitting with the percentage of completeness of the project. The crew was professional and worked to make sure every detail was just right. Josh was available to answer any questions we had, and he and Robert communicated well throughout the project.
We absolutely love the end product! Even doing dishes seems like less of a chore in such a bright, beautiful, open kitchen! We also added a bonus mini-project at the end to fix a leak/flooring issue in a different area of the house, and that also is beautifully done. We would definitely recommend Sowards Contracting for any remodeling you need. The end product is professional, high-quality work, and they made the process—even of process of being without a kitchen during the construction--smooth and painless.

Sowards did an amazing job of creating a bonus room over our garage.
It's now the most spectacular double office space, we could have imagined, which includes a full bath and tons of additional storage.
The entire crew is friendly, trustworthy, respectful of property and polite.
We honestly can't say enough good things about how pleased we are with the outcome, the company or the people we worked with.

Enjoyed working with Sowards. They remodeled our kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, trim and doors, laundry room, and floors in those spaces. Josh and Rebekah were professional and available. Josh has a great design eye, and was able to turn my vision into reality. As issues arose Josh was available with a solution. We are very pleased with the end result! We hired Sowards for part of the trim carpentry in the 4000 square foot home we recently built on Vilonia. They are fast, efficient workers (always appreciated when you are on a budget), and very experienced. What I appreciated most, however, as a stay-at-home mother of young children, is their respectful demeanor and integrity. They are definitely a "step above" your average construction crew. I felt safe having them in my home and would definitely recommend them for any job or situation.
