He found an issue in my foundation that was causing the excess water and tweaked my solution to account for it. I was given detailed plans and schematics up front and the pricing was reasonable. My crawlspace filled up during the heavy rain from Hurricane Helena recently. Zack Akers with Southern Dry came out and assessed the situation and upon his recommendations, we had the work started and the installers were extremely helpful. The whole experience was awesome and the knowledge of all involved gave me comfort in knowing that the work was done in a timely and efficient manner as well as the cleanup. SouthernDry did an amazing job with our foundation repair and crawlspace encapsulation and dehumidifier installation. From the very start when I called for an estimate they were thorough, professional and did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Zach that worked our estimate for us was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining all of our options. The team that worked form the backend to schedule and take payments were also very nice and even text to let me know when they were calling. Jesus and the rest of the installation team did an amazing job and were prompt and explained all that they were doing and left out Crawlspace looking great. They even built a new little door to the Crawlspace for no charge. I would 100 percent recommend SouthernDry to anyone. We will be calling them back when we get started on our addition as well. From the moment we made first contact, Southern Dry has been nothing but top notch. We were able to set up our visit for the estimate with ease and in the not too distant future. When an earlier appointment opened up, they offered it to us. Don came out and was very prompt. He called to let me know he was on the way and was right on time. He did what he needed and came back with a quote which he explained thoroughly. The quote was less than half of what had been quoted to us by a larger local company over 10 years ago. We were able to qualify for their financing which was with a very reputable company as well. We secured our date for the work and things progressed quickly. We were contacted every step of the way about every phase of the project. They even texted to say they were going to call us so if it was an inconvenient time, we could reschedule or call them. They confirmed every appointment. The leader of the work crew called to say he was about an hour away at 9:20am the morning of the project. He was standing at my door at 10:24am. Now that is impressive and much appreciated. The day went well and they finished as promised. They have called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and the finance company did too. From start to finish, Southern Dry has been the most professional, caring, and responsive company I have ever worked with in my life (and that’s the truth). We were so impressed that we offered to write a review without even being asked. We hardly ever do that. We would recommend Southern Dry to anyone in need of their services. It will be the best choice you could make.

Trent came out and did an estimate for us. It wasn't the cheapest estimate, it was right in the middle, but he identified the scope of work more accurately and really walked us through the process. The crew that arrived for our encapsulation was fantastic. They worked hard and fast, and they finished on time. A few days after the encapsulation we got hit with 8 inches of rain in 24 hours. So far the work seems to have saved us from flooding. We feel better having the crawl space cleaned and sealed. Hopefully this will improve the indoor air quality as well n

Even though I have not made a definite decision on what company I plan to hire to do the repair work that I need in my crawl space, I still wanted to leave a review on what I have experienced up to this point.
