We contacted Southern Legacy Remodeling for an insurance quote to fix our basement due to a large flood. After talking with the owner, Josh Cox, we quickly realized he knew what he was doing. He handled every detail of the flood including the move in, move out, insurance paperwork, water restoration…(to name a few). They take great pride in restoring everything exactly the way it was before the flood (and in some cases better than before the flood). The work was done in a timely manner and came in on budget. We highly recommend this company for any renovation.

Josh and his team have done three different projects for me. The first was to help restore my downstairs after a leak. He was incredibly friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable making sure that everything was restored to a healthy and sturdy state. The crew worked diligently and the project moved timely with a lot of different steps in place. Impressed by the attention to detail and thoroughness, I used him remodel a shower that impressed new home buyers.
