Ty did a great job of identifying each problem for my two systems and getting one fixed immediately. The second one requires an ordered part but he was quick to provide a plan for a fix and gave me the timeline. He was even nice enough to check on our warranty. Ty’s great. Another HVAC servicing company who I had dealt with for years told me that my AC needed to be replaced. I called Southern Heating and Cooling and asked them to give me a second opinion. Ty inspected the system, made 2 minor repairs and I was good to go. No need for a new HVAC. Thanks Ty. I appreciate your honesty.

I called on a Friday morning and Ty came out almost immediately and assessed what was wrong and had us back up and running before lunch. I was unable to be there when he came out but he called me throughout the process and kept me up to date with what was wrong and the cost of the repair. Today tech came add some freon unit started cooling right away. After looking at my paperwork, he continue to look for a leak identified this past October 2023 by another company. Tech found leak inside unit, whereas last company never pulled panel to check for leak. Tech will order through Bosch for new coil and install at later date. I am so happy this Tech from Southern Heating and Cooling was able to take care of me. By the way my Bosch unit is only 1year and 11 months old. And I can now pay for a yearly plan for fall and spring maintenance not offered by other company. Again thankyou Southern Heating and Cooling for taking care of me.
