Ernie was super nice. I just needed couple of sqft to patch side of the wall. I know they sell in big bulk but he took the time to show me diff design to fit with my existing ones. Then he called the other location and see if they can sell me couple pieces. You don’t find this kind of services anymore. I’ll be back for sure when I’m doing my next remodeling.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLEAN CLEAN RESTROOMS WALKED IN HERE TO PURCHASE SOME EL DORADO WALL CAPS AND GET SAMPLES OF DIFFERENT COLORS. THE GUYS AT THE COUNTER AND YARD SUPER SUPER FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. HUGE SELECTION OF PAVERS FOR MY NEXT PROJECT.

WENT THERE TO GET ROSA STONE - MADE 3 ATTEMPTS, SECOND VISIT- A HELPFUL PERSON OFFERED TO BREAK IT DOWN (THESE WERE NOT CARRIABLE BY ONE PERSON). THIRD VISIT - A HELPFUL INDIVIDUAL STARTED THAT PROCESS - THEN I SPOTTED A LARGE PIECE (NO WAY TO CARRY BY HAND, MUCH LESS LOAD IT) AND SOME BOSSY GUY (SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS THE SOUL OWNER) COMES AND SAYS IT WOULD MAKE A MESS, NO KIDDING. THEN HE TELLS ME, NOT ASKS... TO BRING SOMEONE TO HELP LOAD - NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE NEEDS! SPOKE TO MANAGER, THAT WAS A NEGATIVE (NOW I KNOW WHY THE SERVICE IS SO BAD) NO GOOD REASON WHY THESE GUYS SHOULD BE UNREASONABLE - THEY LACK LEADERSHIP, THEY SUITED THEMSELVES, SHORT OF THE FIRST GUY, GAVE CUSTOMER NOTHING THEY NEEDED (IF THIS IS WHAT "EMPLOYEE OWNED BUSINESS" LOOKS LIKE.... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT) - HAD INTENTIONS OF GETTING 16 PALLETS OF PAVERS/RETAINER BRICKS - YOU GUESSED IT! NOT FROM THESE GUYS.
