I have ran into several problems over the last 4 years. Leaks, ac going out and re-leveling my foundation. One call to south west home improvements and I can consider it done. They have been quick to help, honest, fair pricing and always always fix my home issues correctly. I will not be using anyone else for my home. Southwest is the one I trust; which for me is priceless.

I can't give Southwest enough stars and accolades! Not only do they do excellent, quality work but every employee I interfaced with was a top notch human being!!!

They quoted their work, showed up on time, sent pics of their work (& they did a big job for me from roofing to fascia and gutter replacement, to water heater replacement, to painting, leveling etc...), cleaned up every day - they were immaculate -, communicated with me daily, worked around my schedule and guaranteed their work! And they worked with me/my HOA to insure everything was documented and approved!!! And when I had a family emergency during the job, they called or texted me to make sure I was ok!!!! Just awesome humans!

From Tom to Eric to all of their workers, this company is top notch! You won't be disappointed- guaranteed! Call them now if you need any work done!!!!

Brand new windows (including 2 picture windows), new back door, new countertops. Austin came out and did the estimate, explained the time frame and gave me some great ideas for my windows. Answered all of my questions. Work was done in a timely manner. They did a beautiful job. I have dealt with many, many contractors over the years. Always they came up short and I was very disappointed. I am very happy with South West Home Improvements. They came in my mother’s manufactured home and totally beautified it. New paint, baseboards, and flooring in every room. Replaced all ceiling light fixtures and wall plates throughout ( not in original scope of work). Total replacement of entire kitchen cabinetry and installed all new appliances. If there was any thing I wasn’t satisfied with all I had to do was mention it and it was fixed right away. They even altered their normal approach ( more sensible approach) to expedite the process so my mother could come home from the assisted care facility saving us some money. Best part they don’t try and nickel and dime you with change orders like so many contractors do. My mom came home and her face alone said it all when she walked into the kitchen of her dreams. Many thanks to Tom, Eric( who helped me pick the right finishes) and John. Special thanks to a great crew : Frank, Miguel, Matt, Armando, Austin.

Very professional, considerate and kind. Family owned which o really like. They came out very quick to fix my air in the dead heat. Also followed up and called to ensure we were still comfortable and not having any additional issues. I would highly recommend them for any of our household needs. This company gets five stars. They put on a new roof, installed windows and leveled our mobile home. If they can’t answer the phone immediately, they always return calls and always show up when they say they will. They don’t leave jobs unfinished. Even with all the rain we’ve had they manage to work in between storms to get the job done. They are friendly and always answer our concerns and questions. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Tom and his crew are great. They built my deck, put in a fence in backyard, new roof on home and garage, repipe and did some electrical stuff, pressure wash and painted the house.
