We had a sewer backup. Contacted them, and they came out late afternoon and worked into the evening replacing some lateral. Guys were very nice and efficient.

We have been working with this company for many years and for a reason they do fantastic work at a great price. They have tackled jobs that most other companies would walk away from. There is no job to big or to small for South Central and we will be using them for as long as they will let us. They are by far the best in the business and that's coming from a company that has been around longer than most in this industry.

This company left a note on my door a week in advance, saying that I would be without running water from 9 am to 4 pm. I carefully planned my day around this minor inconvenience, and appreciated the appropriate notice, but unfortunately, SSC must have not gotten the message they gave me. It is now almost 9 pm and I am still without water, which means nothing to drink, no shower, no brushing my teeth, and no flushing toilet!!!! Almost 12 hours which I have had to not use my bathroom, when they clearly said I would have running water by 4. A minor inconvenience has turned into a major headache. Had they told me that this would take as long as it has been taking, I would not have had a problem, and been able to schedule my day for this, but it is unacceptable to be FIVE hours late on a job I was informed of a week in advance. IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS LOOKING FOR SEWER/PLUMBING CONTRACTING, I SUGGEST HIRING ANYONE but SOUTH CENTRAL CONTRACTING. INSTEAD OF DOING THE JOB AT THE PACE THEY PROMISE, THEY DO THE JOB AT THE PACE THEY CHOOSE, ALL THE WHILE LEAVING THE CUSTOMERS UNCOMFORTABLE.
