Great company to work with. Carlos was very professional in how he handled everything. He was very quick to respond when I had a question which is a big deal these days. The guys did a great job and cleaned up very well when they were finished. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

I started by getting three quotes. I wasn't looking for the cheapest. I was looking for a company with a three year warranty that I trusted!!!

I TRUST EVERY INDIVIDUAL WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY.

Carlos came out to inspect my roof here in Fadette. He's a likable guy who took the time to explain the combination of materials & colors I had requested for this particular job.

Luis & crew arrived on time & created a beautiful new roof for my beautiful home. They are a great bunch of hard working, dependable guys.

The crew completed my roof in two days, picked up every piece of metal & every screw from my lawn. They have my greatest respect!

I met the very amiable owner, Salvador who did the final inspection. He is a man of his word.

Alma is the Director of Administration. She is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the company. When you call the office, she is the individual who will guide you through the financing of your new roof, should you decide to do so. She will guide you through an insurance claims process should a storm or other homeowners insurance covered risk affect your roof.

Alma will make sure that whomever you need to speak with will contact you in a timely manner. Alma has developed the quintessential procedures in order to perfect the organizational efficiency of South Alabama Construction. She has my greatest admiration.

Due to the rains, the work on the roof didn’t start on the date as planned. There was frustration on my part because one particular area where I had an exotic plant and the family pet remembrance garden was damaged because they were not covered and protected as promised. When I tried to convey this to the workers, no one spoke English. I spoke some of their language but the dialects was different. The supervisor was contacted. I conveyed my frustration. He spoke to the workers, but said, “They don’t understand everything that I say “. I expressed my concern to Carlos who came to the house to see what I was talking about. He showed caring and understanding. I was informed that the owner came to address the issue, however, he never spoke to my husband or myself. Carlos was informed of this. Carlos was very respectful, responsive, and supportive.

The roof looks great! The workers cleaned up, however many nails were left in the yard surrounding the house.
When the supervisor picked up the dump trailer, he was informed of all the nails I had picked up. He used the magnet and discovered more nails.

Carlos came out to assess the completed roof. Another man was with him. We showed him areas around the dorm windows where the tile was lifting up. He assured us that because of the rain and lack of sun, the tiles had not yet settled. He said if these areas did not settle, to give him a call, and he would send someone to tack the tiles down. We did not have to call him.

The roof looks great, as does the shed roof!

I cannot recommend South Alabama Construction enough!! We were referred to them by a friend (fellow military family) for a roof replacement on our rental property. From our first interaction, each person we spoke to was SO friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were easy to contact. The time in which they were able to complete our roof was INCREDIBLE!! Their prices compared to the other quotes we received could not be beat! We would use them again hands down!! 10/10 do recommend!!
