They’ll plow your neighbors driveway, and push all the snow right in front of yours so when the plow comes through you’ve got to remove the whole driveway’s worth of snow again. Disrespectful.

I would CAUTION EVERYONE about using their storage. They took over Jackson Street storage and when I went to check on my stuff, there was THOUSANDS of dollars in mice and raccoon damage. You could literally hear animals walking in the ceiling. I reported it and also had witnesses report it, took videos and pics, etc. And they basically said too bad and said they were doing nothing for me and said they don't cover damage. When I think damage, I think about releasing them from liability if there is a fire, flood, etc. not a animal infestation.

One of their trucks leaving a jobsite on the way to a quarry threw a rock and took out my windshield heading in the opposite direction. I chased down the driver and when I informed him his response was "so?"
I went back to the site and spoke with the foreman who was very professional and advised that I call the office, which I did. The receptionist was also very courteous, but she did inform me that by law they are not responsible for such things and also not required to tarp their loads and they are in the process of putting signage on all of their trucks disclosing such.
It doesn't seem right that the DOT doesn't even have basic safeguards in place that have to be followed by these companies and they aren't even required to have a minimum safety standard.

Terrible at planning! No notice when they are going to block the roads and limit access to businesses. Dangerous unorganized and a serious safety concern.

Their truck was going down highway 41 full of rocks with no covering over it and the rocks flew off and banged up my car and put a big chip in my window and they don't care!!!
I called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it... They said the truck should have had a cover on it... But they didn't care that The Rock flew off and banged up my windshield on my new car!!! ತ_ʖತ ¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯. . (｡•́︿•̀｡)

9/30/23 950 am. guy driving a white ram truck with license plate starting with Jp is a complete maniac. Check the cameras on the truck. He had the nerve to stop in traffic to harass me.

Put some mud flaps on your trucks so your not spraying everyone with rocks from your tires and move out of the fast lane!
