Solution Heating and Cooling has been very pleasant and easy to work with. They were quick to respond when our furnace quit working and got it up and running for us right away. They are good at explaining things so it is easy to understand. They were willing to work with our needs when installing the new furnace which made it convenient. I highly recommend them.

Recently, during the subzero temps we were experiencing my garage/workshop heater decided to quit. It was on a Sunday but not an emergency but decided to call SH&C to get on their earliest schedule by leaving a message. About ten minutes later I received a call from their on duty technician. I was almost embarrassed and reiterated this was not urgent. He understood but wanted to get a more info on the problem. A tech come out the next day, found the problem, ordered the part and as soon as they received it they come back the same day, installed it and it's working great. Best service anyone could ask for. I would and have recommend SH&C to many family, friends and neighbors.

Great service and knowledgeable, friendly HVAC tech! He was really good at explaining what the work was that he was performing. Prompt callback as well, which I think a lot of businesses forget how important that is! Definitely recommend.
