My experience with Dr Soltanpour was good I dealt he was thorough and friendly. I’ve had some difficulties with his billing person she was rude and very condescending,unprofessional and she needs some people skills. She yelled and screamed at me and canceled my appt because she couldn’t get the insurance information right we had this problem 6 months ago,six months later still having issues but this time she yelled and screamed at me because I was trying to explain the issue. I like the Dr but he really needs to check this woman she’s bad for business. I have to get a new Dr because of her incompetence smh!

Dr. Soltanpour is truly an angel on earth. You can tell when someone is passionate about their craft. He is pleasant, patient and extremely talented. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else. Thanks again Dr. Soltanpour for all your help and for being an amazing human being.

10/10 I had a bad experience from a previous eye doctor regarding a chalazion and did not want to listen to the patient. Dr. Soltanpour was patient with me and quick to act. He listened to me, gave me a detailed explanation of his course of action and did the procedure right there even though it was last minute. The staff and Dr. Soltanpour were efficient and kind. Thank you!

This was my first eye doctor visit in 32 years. I had a bad experience when I was 14 and never went back. But now that my eyes are nearing 50 years of age, I had to get them checked out. Dr. Soltanpour is great, I felt at ease and it wasn't the bad experience I was imagining it would be. Can't wait to pick my glasses up next week.

Dr. Soltanpour has been a great doctor for me. I came in with a sudden infection in my eye and he not only treated it, but he also explained what was going on. Dr. Soltanpour himself is very friendly, caring, and attentive to your concern .He is very thorough and patient . His office staff are great, caring and professional. I have had several times calling and talking to Jenny at his office. She is a super nice ,responsible and knowledgeable person .After just one call she remembers my name and takes care of everything . I would definitely recommend Dr.Soltanpour.

Dr. Soltanpour’s rating would also have to include his office staff of just two. Just came from doctor’s appointment with my mom, and while filling out forms being a first-time patient, the last form did not make sense to me because they were asking me to add $50 to a $40 co-payment to receive a prescription for glasses of it was needed. The problem is, I stated to the so-called “professional” who sits at the front desk, that this statement does not make sense because I didn’t know if she needed a new prescription, and it would be unreasonable to pay for a new prescription when one is not needed. I will not know if my mother needs a new prescription until AFTER my mother takes a test. She did not have an explanation, and instead wanted to get rid of the problem. She proceeded to make rude hand motions to me to signal that I should not speak to the technician and her, just her alone. It is only respectful that you speak to the two people that are eyeballing you at the present time. If you don’t know who you’re speaking to, I suggest you do not make a customer’s first impression be less than perfect. Being rude is NOT a prerequisite for being smart. Dr. Soltanpour and his technician are acceptable professionals AND HUMANS in their own right, thank God. I cannot say the same for that one individual at the desk, as she was very condescending. I have studied medicine for 34 years of my life, and I refuse for anybody of her caliber to demean my character. Now you can try to sabotage appointments, and that’s what I would EXPECT you to do, based on the fact that you know this review is based on you, but you can help your situation by showing a little class. I will keep bringing my mother back to Dr. Soltanpour because he is a gifted physician, and my mother is quite satisfied.

After reading a poor review I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office. I was surprised at how helpful and kind the administrative staff where and how fast they were able to get me registered and perform exams. The office was small but very clean and has two TV monitors for patients to learn more about Ocular health or watch the news. My appointment ran on time, Dr Soultanpour was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! He gave me good advice and set me up for a follow up appointment and a prescription for glasses. I would highly recommend this office!

I saw Dr. Soltanpour today. It was easy booking an appointment and staff was gracious when I had to reschedule. I was very happy with the appointment. He did everything I asked for thoroughly, including a fundoscopy with dilation and explained the results clearly. Pleasant, low key, efficient, better than prior experiences I had.
