We recently had the pleasure of working with Sean and his team for the renovation of our two small bathrooms as well as our front door replacement. I am an interior designer by trade so it was great to work with someone who appreciated my vision and attention to detail.

Sean and his team were timely, and great at communicating. They were consistently available to answer my questions and address concerns, keeping me informed at every stage of the renovation. I learned very quickly that Sean was someone I could trust and I appreciated that he always came to us with a solution for any issue that occurred along the way.

Snyder Construction did an amazing job with our basement finish. This was no ordinary job. Our need was simple: Finish the basement and make it beautiful. A studio style basement with barstool seating, a full bathroom, and simple appliances. But like most jobs, it's only simple in concept! This was no issue for Snyder Construction. The list is lengthy of what was required, and what was accomplished. I'll try to keep it as concise as possible! Firstly, our basement was COMPLETELY unfinished. The home is stick built dating to 1987. Some things were very out of date and out of code.. But Snyder Construction took care of all of our permitting needs. Douglas county is known to be scrupulous in their inspection reports. This can be a great thing for sure! But it can also be very painful when you aren't anticipating longer lead times and more requirements than planned for. Sean and his team was able to break through every barrier including a FULL electrical service replacement (the original was not only very out of code but it was a complete mess. Zero markings, old and unbraiding wires were throughout and breakers were beyond out of date.), we also had to replace our air conditioning condenser, move the lines for the air conditioning to allow for seamless soffits, replace water lines from the main shut off, throughout the entire basement, add drainage for the toilet, shower, and sinks, and add electrical throughout. Within the first week our entire basement was framed out and electrical had begun! By week two, electrical trim out was complete and it was time for drywall. Within a few weeks from original frame out, our basement was complete and GORGEOUS. A full stand in shower, double sink vanity, full size toilet, and a very spacious bathroom was added! The center island was a beautiful piece that was added, with white quartz countertops throughout the kitchenette! We now have a second home in our basement where family members can come and have their own space to relax, enjoy coffee, cook a quick breakfast and feel right at home! Thank you Snyder Construction for an amazing job at a great price.
