Smith Clark just saved me a lot of time and money! We were buying a lot in Lillian, Al and needed a survey and title search before the closing. I’ve worked with these guys before so they were one of the first calls I made. The day I signed the purchase agreement I got a call and email from Smith Clark warning me about a Tax Deed on my property.
