Tim and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. I am more than thrilled with the final results. Tim was so communicative throughout the whole process. He went out of his way multiple times to help me decide on certain aspects of my project and kept me informed on the progress. It was evident Tim and his crew take pride in their work. They removed my concrete driveway, installed a drain grate and a french drain, poured new concrete, and installed gravel for the driveway and side yard. I highly recommend Smith and Sons!

Tim and his team helped us with adding 2 new bathrooms to our house in Sedona. The finished product is very clean and beautiful.
We are very happy with the new bathrooms. This project had a lot of challenges and Tim was able to help us navigate through them with patience and ingenuity. He and his team was successful in creating 2 new bathrooms where once there was only dirt and bare walls. We look forward to working with Tim again for future projects.

Extremely pleased!!! Tim and a very capable employee, Brett, rebuilt our 30 year old deck which included substructure fortification and adding the composite surface we’ve wanted for years. The project was started and completed in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Hiring Tim is like enlisting a good friend. The fee was very reasonable, the written estimate including scope of work was well described and communication throughout the project was excellent. Smith and Sons Construction comes with my highest recommendation.

Glad you have had a nice experience, but he owes us money for work not done walked off job demanding more money refusing to give us invoices for materials purchased that we paid for. CITY said work was substandard. Now have an attorney after state contractors advised we take this course rather than dealing with Tim again. So good luck. It is now one year and a half and we are still trying to correct all the things that were done wrong. The floor thatvthey poured is 2 inches from meeting the other. Ask for your receipts found out that their are many over charges. $2,500 for city when it was $739, cabinet $900 when it was $150. Good luck and hold on.
