They don't manage their properties or hold the people that buy the condos and rent them out to any standard. Stayed in at the enclave next to universal in 1601 and the owner is rude about us being unhappy that the room is trash now we have gone two days without air conditioning. It's 80 degrees in our room and no one seems to be able to do anything about it
