By far the best contractor we have used in the past 20 years -- and we have used quite a few, due to water damage caused by a broken water pipe and other home incidents. Archie's team does very high quality work and no one gets back to us faster on quotes and project updates. Wish we had found him earlier and we could have skipped the frustration and stress caused by a dozen other poorly managed companies.

We hired Skills Construction to repair a number of large holes that had been necessary to cut in our walls in order to reroute hot water lines because of a water leak. We were concerned that it might be difficult to do drywall work without it looking repaired. We are so impressed and pleased with the results. The drywall repair & texture is identical to the rest of the walls and the paint is a perfect match. It's hard to believe there was ever repair work done. The workers were very pleasant, and we were impressed with how clean they left everything. We will not hesitate to use them again and feel confident recommending them to family and friends.

We are grateful for Arshak and his crew. They did an amazing job and trusting his expertise in the field paid off. Arshock and his company, Skills Construction, are the best. I had them do a complete top to bottom remodel of my very large master bathroom, was way to much 1970-80s style, with an oversize old jaquzzi tub and block lite windows. We went with granite, porcelain tile and walk-in shower. They also remodeled a vanity, hall bathroom, painted and re-painted all the bathroom cabinets. Arshock helped with great ideas, and is one of nicest, knowledgeable and respectable person I have ever met. Did I mention that he had the best and most competitive bids of other contractors I interviewed. If you want quality work at a reasonable cost and on time, Skills Construction is your best choice.
