Quoted price increased when he found out who I was. I cannot recommend. Shady business practices.

To clarify: Shane Ford and wife Kristin (realtor) of S& K Properties, to whom I wrote my check. Wife is a Kaiser realtor (was with Keller Williams). Drywall repair after hurricane cost 70% more than original quote. Shane used strongarm tactics when I complained about the bait and switch. Was recommended to me by Heather Loper.
