Exceptional team, overwhelming selection and fast loading times.
They sell to the public but at a higher price. Wish I had a contractor license to take advantage of better prices, but that’s not a deal breaker.

I guess my wife and I were invisible Friday morning November 1st. We were recommended this location by another landscape supplier for the stone we needed for a water feature that we having built at our home. We live in southwest Atlanta and happen to be in area and decided to check out Site One for the items we needed to complete the outdoor project at our home. As we walked in the showroom, no one greeted us or even acknowledged us. There several employees present; two young ladies between the counter, two gentlemen one checking inventory and the other on the phone. After about 8 minutes waiting and looking around inside, my wife and I walked outside through the various landscape displays and then made our way to the stone yard. Finally, an African American employee spoke to us and asked if we needed any help, which thank him for at least acknowledging us.
This behavior is beyond ridiculous; it is sad that a company would allow their employees to be dismissive and rude to potential customers. I will never go back and will never recommend this business to anyone. And I will inform the other landscape supplier not to recommend this business to other customers.

Ron is amazing, he helped me find a solution when my landscaping project started to go south. I called with a question. He was patient and took time to go in the yard to see if Site One had the supplies on hand to help me be able to continue my project. When I arrived at the store, Ron welcomed me and addressed me by name. Throughout my interaction at the store I felt heard, understood, and like my preference mattered. Ron showed me various choices and help me find a solution same day so that my project was not interrupted. I was able to find a stone for my new stairs that was a match to the existing ones in my yard.

You can really tell that customer care and character, and integrity are some of the top priorities at Site One in Kennesaw.
This is highly important to me. So I greatly appreciated the service the I received.

Want to thank SiteOne for letting me put together my idea of a firepit on their lot and Logan for loading it in my truck. Made it out of paving stones with no mortar against my existing concrete patio. Started with a 3-4" concrete footing (no rebar). Used 1.5 80lb bags of concrete. Added stones 3 days later. Added sand to cover concrete footing inside firepit. This design keeps heat going forward and up, not to the sides and doesn't heat up the concrete patio it's against.

Was trying to secure a specific sealer for a job we have on the books, spoke to a lady over the phone who gave me contractor pricing, So I drove 17 miles all the way from canton to pick it up, after I get here she’s asks for my business card and takes it to the manager who sitting behind a desk with his feet up on his phone, and tells me because my company’s not a landscaping company that they will not honor the price they gave me over the phone. I have never had this issue with any other supply house and I’ve been doing this for 10 years. My recommendation is to use Ewing, they’re much more accommodating, and happily furnish material invoices on request or over the phone. Thanks Site one for wasting my time and gas, I won’t be back.

To be such a large company and have so many employees they are all rude.. everything there is overpriced and the Latino girls that sit at the counter are no nothing bewitches that just sit there and stare at you and act like your bothering them.. I mean landscape is hard labor and no one who works hard labor wants to go get the products they need from a bunch of fat lazy hags w/ an attitude.. literally Home Depot or Lowe’s or Walmart has better customer service that this place.. Avoid this place at all cost!!

I ordered boulders for a job and they said delivery was almost impossible for the time I needed it, but they said they would do their best to accommodate. Not only were they on time, but I got them the afternoon before! I've been pleased with their service for some time now. I pass 4 supply places to continue my business with Stone Forest. Store and yard always clean because presentation is everything. Mr. Robinson always treats me like his favorite customer. That's why I spend my money there. I'm appreciated.i don't do surveys. But I was so impressed, I had to. Ok. Back to work
