The team at Siteline was great. They helped us with a project that involved adding a deck, finishing the space under the deck, and doing a partial kitchen remodel. There was demolition, excavation, drainage work, concrete foundation and slab, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, framing, drywall, etc.

The Siteline team (the owner/managers, their crew, and their subcontractors) was professional, courteous, and friendly. They did high quality work. They finished on schedule. They were reasonable and fair with costs related to changes to the project.

We had never done a project approaching the scale of this one and weren’t really prepared for the number of decisions and level of detail. In retrospect, it seems inevitable that unanticipated things come up and that miscommunications happen in a project of this scale. One thing where the Siteline team really stood out was how good they were to work with in those circumstances; they were willing to listen to our perspective, they were always reasonable, and they were always honest.

Siteline’s approach and the high quality of the work are worthy of high praise.

Siteline Builders did a wonderful job with my garage to ADU conversion.
My project was actually quite complex (building over a well head, extra electrical work, sewer install etc) and Justin, Carlos and team did a great job working with those complexities. The entire crew was professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule, on budget, the invoice/payment system was online and simple to use.

Siteline Builders is a highly qualified team of professionals who are equipped with the expertise needed for your construction and/or remodeling needs. Siteline assisted us with a room addition (and much more) in 2022, and the work was completed with minimal delays and with excellent work and communication. Every person on the team is excellent as well as kind and considerate. When there is an issue, and there always is something, Siteline addresses it quickly. This year, we had a pipe leak at the condo we have, and Siteline was there to help us quickly solve this issue. We highly recommend the entire team of Siteline! They are the best.

We worked with Siteline to fix our foundation, add additional drainage to prevent future issues, as well as do a full renovation of the lower level of our house -- which included a bathroom renovation and extensive changes such as electrical etc.

We contracted with Siteline for a second story addition to our home and the experience was great. Initially we met with Justin for the bid process and later with Carlos who was more hands on during the construction. They stuck to the initial bid price which was very reasonable compared against competitors. They stayed on budget for the entire 8 month project. I think in-part this was due to a lot of their tradesmen being in-house. I was in contact with my project manager - Rich - almost every day and the crew worked on our project practically every weekday and some Saturdays. When problems with the construction came up they were handled well. Even my neighbor's complaints were handled tactfully by the company.
