Barbara Benefield sold my home in Odessa, TX back in 2017. I called her to list it, as she was the realtor who sold me the home in the beginning. She told me what price we were going to list it at (which was considerably more than what I thought I wanted), got a contract executed on it, and walked me through the process very well.
