I cannot say enough great things about Simple Choice Construction in LA! They did an absolutely stunning job renovating our master bathroom. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism stood out from the first consultation all the way through to the final touches. Every member of their team was friendly, responsive, and attentive to all our needs, which made the experience that much better. The project was completed on time, just as promised, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Our new bathroom is everything we envisioned and more! I highly recommend them!!

We needed a new fence around the front and side of our property as well as new stucco on our front wall. A friend recommended Simple Choice. They worked very quickly and even accommodated our schedule. Peter/Hanan was great at communication. They even built a mailbox onto our front gate. A few months after the project was done, I saw a large crack in the stucco (possibly just from earth movement) and called Hanan. He sent a couple guys out to restucco that section of the wall. It all looks great. We're very happy.

We had a great experience with Simple Choice. From the start, Peter was very easy to work with. He came to give a consultation and provided us with the best options based on how we wanted the projects to go. The first project was to redo the front yard, removing all the existing bushes and adding 4 new citrus trees and 2 beautiful olive trees. Simple Choice proposed deigns and sourced gorgeous plants and trees that have held up very well over the past 2 very wet winters.

We were very impressed with the first project so we contacted Peter to replace all the flooring in our house, including the staircase, and a full interior paint job. We also contracted them to build a screened-in porch for us. The flooring process was shockingly easy for us. Peter found us a great flooring option at a price lower than we could find it ourselves. The team did a great job with attention to detail and quicker than we could have imagined (3 weeks overall for the floors, paint, and staircase to be fully complete, but mostly done within 2 weeks despite bad weather).

The screened-in porch is everything we wanted and more. Peter made the great suggestion to add a rolling screen panel that can open the porch to the outside when we want to make a transitional space between the porch and the yard. He listened to what I wanted in all the projects and was very respectful. Anything we had issues with (minor things here and there) would be addressed and fixed immediately. I would highly recommend working with Simple Choice!

About 8 months ago I was looking into building an ADU at the back of the house and I have gotten a recommendation from one of my neighbors in our neighborhood about this company that he had used and he gave me Peter’s number. For those who know me , know I do lots of homework before I get something done
So an ADU is definitely something big to do your homework about 🙂
So reading this will save you lots of time cause it’s very hard to come by a good construction company.
This company is absolutely on top of everything they sent out two great guys which I had a great connection with when we first met. They were very professional with all the stages of getting this done, I must say! Others I meet with in the past was such a waist of time and big headaches!
They all try to sell me and didn’t even care to listen about what I actually wanted to do.
Peter & Guy were super professional with my questions they had lots of knowledge and throughout the project of this ADU they made sure I’m in the loop with them on everything.
These guys are very productive and the customer service this company has is truly something that is amazing to see, especially after Covid find great customer service believe it or not is hard! a lot of other companies have a lack in! It was important for me that the company I took would deal with all the permits & plans cause that’s such a headache and they did everything. On top of that they know what they are doing and have many vendors they work with so they saved me money in the materials but yet not have some cheap done !
The purpose of this ADU was to bring the value of the property up if I want to sell it in the future
,Or if I stay to live in it so I could rent it out and it would help me to pay my mortgage.
I’ve attached some photos so you can see their work ,I’m very satisfied with the results.!!
I think that you are all going to thank me for saving you much headache with finding a great company like this one!!

Thank you so much Anna and her team. I have contacted simple choice construction because I was referred by my friend who did her additional unit with them. I wanted to have a nice backyard after living a year with nothing at the back. Anna and Peter came and gave me a quote after measuring My backyard. They had a few ideas on what to do and they listened to my needs and my requests. They helped me choosing the right trees and ficuses and plants and they also did the whole irrigation system. The employees that were working there were super nice and respectful. As you can see in the pictures the backyard is pretty big so they had to cover a lot of space in a nice way and we even left some space for a future pool that we are currently working on.
