This company is unusual as far as my experience has been with roofing companies. Gene Simmons is professional, friendly and honest.The time scheduled is what is most convenient for the customer. He arranges the day when the customer is either home or away. The large crew is punctual and gets the job done quickly with care. The cleanup is phenomenal - I only found one nail near a bush. He had mentioned that the costs in a rural setting will be are higher due to lack of competition in the area and the costs of materials. I had some rocks in the front and a storage tank which may prevent a truck getting close to the roof. He may have thought of using a conveyor belt. The job quality was excellent. The roof had hail damage with insurance coverage. The adjuster had an estimate $8000 lower than my cost to Simmons. The insurance company was needing some explanation for the higher cost. The company uses Zip codes to average the costs in the area. There was no explanation given which the insurance company accepted. I loss $8000.

Highly recommend this company. Had storm damage to roof. Quick response time, polite hard working emplyees. Did an excellent job. Total clean up after job finished and no debris left behind.
