I lived here for two years and it was fine until I moved out. The manager lied and said i left the place a disaster when I know it wasn't I was charged for a bunch of made up cleaning fees I knew weren't accurate and now two years later in again moving and when called for a reference again the manager lied and said I was late once on my rent...which I never was and said they would not rent to me again because I left it trashed. This is the same apartment that the toilet was so stained when I moved in it was black when it was supposed to be white, still had hair in the drain from the tenant before and had holes going thrust the walls of both bedroom for a cable cord that I had to repair. Never would I wish this place on anyone.

One of the best renting experiences I've had. Management is not in you business constantly like the corporate apartments; no repeated inspections, threatening notes left on the door, or problems getting maintenance done. Rent is very reasonable and neighbors are friendly but mind their own business. Pay your rent on time, don't act a fool and you will have 0 issues.
