If I could, I would give it 10 Stars!! Silva is the company you want to work with!!! I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I am obligated to provide a review for Silva's outstanding job and services. We received a quote from Rick on 11/30, (by the way, Rick is the person you want to ask for, he is reliable, honest, and makes you feel like he is working this project for his own house). The paver project started on 12/9 and it took 10 days to the completion. The entire crew is nice, friendly, and professional. They left us a beautiful, clean new driveway and backyard without even one small issue. We received 5 quotes from different contractors, the highest quote (referred by our neighbor) is almost doubled what Silva has offered, Silva won our contract and we are so lucky to hire them. Their work qualify proved we received more value than what we have paid. Highly recommend.

I had this project done just last week in mid-June 2022. The Silva Contractors, Inc. Company completed the excellent job in an efficient 4 days! My Sales Representative Gustavo Ayek was professional & outstanding!! 👏 He explained and showed me the procedure and layout what their company would be doing. Even the owner, Rick Silva, dropped by to check up on things. They both followed up on daily progresses. All of their crews are terrific and cleared up their work neatly and quickly. Even some of my neighbors complimented on their great work,

I was running around, scrambling for a year, trying to find a contractor who could install beautiful outdoor hard scape and drive way. I came across this company from a recommendation, and I decided to give it a shot. The presentation friendliness, expertise I had from RICK SILVA and his team were phenomenal. I highly recommend this contractor for anybody looking to redo their backyard or driveway.

During the renovations, my fence blew down from a wind storm, and they were able to install an entire new fence as well. Phenomenal job, especially with the architectural engineering of the drainage system. My patio is amazing.

My patio needed a good quality makeover after I had some work done on the house foundation. I had a general vision. Steve and I worked together to come up with a design that turned out great. The good thing about Silva is they are a complete service. From design, to demolition, to carpentry/utilities installation(Jeff is a real pro), to finish. They do it all. I was impressed by how carefully they worked to make sure the final product was high quality. George, the supervisor, and the team were easy to work with and the owner, Rick, came by to check on things. He's got a great personality. I'm very pleased.

Silva Contractors is one AWESOME Company. After speaking with the office I set up a time for an estimate. Rick the owner came and gave me a price. After speaking with Rick I knew I was going to use this company. I had some concrete, artificial grass, ginger rock, and some plants done in the front yard. It came out great. This entire company from the office staff to the guys in the field are top notch. If you need some work done I would call Silva Contractors.

We interviewed several pavers/contractors for a paving and retaining wall project at our home. Rick came out and provided professional consultation for the project. We had some issues with the timeline, no fault to them, but our HOA. HOA took a lot longer than expected to approve our project. Rick and the team were flexible and worked with us. They were able to answer all questions and in a timely manner.

Our project was projected to take 4-5 days. It took them the 5 days, but we were fine with that as long as the job was well done. As the work was being done we were able to modify a few things to our liking and Rick and the team were very accommodating. The finished project is beautiful.

We had a great experience and will look to Silva Contractors again for a paving project to our driveway and backyard in the future.
