We had a rather large project at Russian River Covered RV Storage in Healdsburg. There were some quirks that came along with this project as we were going over a very rough and broken chip seal surface. Sikes took great care with our almost 500 tenants that store their boats and RVs here. Prior to beginning the job Jake put a lot of thought in the planning from getting the driveways cleaned, measured properly and how we could do this with minimal interuption of business.
Everyone is so pleased with how smooth the driveways are to drive on and how much less dust we are all are dealing with.

Jake's crew performed a literal facelift to an ancient driveway and parking lot at our new therapy offices on Forth Street in Santa Rosa. The previous owners didn't see the liability hazard the lot was, and it became a top priority for us to make it safe and usable upon taking new ownership. Jake - along with his estimator Bill - worked patiently with us over four months as we secured necessary funding to see this become a reality. Having seen the work Jake performed on the neighboring business lots with very satisfactory results, we were pleased to secure his services. The re-creation took all of one lengthy day in October. The crew was professional and courteous.

Like all personal reviews, your experience may be different. Our therapy group has never needed asphalt work performed in the past. With no prior experiance as the property manager, I trusted many Google and Yelp reviews and I'm glad we went with Jake. Client feedback has been wonderful, especially from those who were forced to use the old lot with its' potholes and erratic slopes. It's been a game-changer in the overall appearance, drainage and safety.

Sikes Asphalt Group did an excellent job repairing and completely refurbishing our family home’s driveway. Sike’s was wonderful at communication, as they listened closely to what our family wanted, and made sure that the job was done correctly, as well as beautifully.

Jake is a complete jerk. Our neighbors spent well over 100k for Sikes to pave our gravel road. Not only did they do a poor job, Jake (owner) uses unqualified operators (hence why the job was done poorly). Upon complaining to Jake, he left me a voicemail saying not to text or call him again because I didn’t “participate” in the road. Jake also pretended to be our friend (even invited me over for Christmas) likely to try and smooth over doing shotty work.

I would definitely NOT recommend using Sikes for your project.

Sikes Asphalt did an excellent job extending my parking lot in Santa Rosa. He created a seamless extension to an existing asphalt parking lot that is twenty years old. Jake was excellent to wok with. His company came highly recommended. Jake has a high energy
Approach to getting the job completed with no glitches. If anything came up he took care of it immediately on his own. The job he did was adding a 38 space extension. The quality of his work is outstanding. I highly recommend his company.

Sikes did a fabulous job on our asphalt. Ours was a fire re-build and there were sections of asphalt that were still ok but we were really concerned about how their work would tie in with what was left. They made 2-3 site visits beforehand to make sure they were clear on what we wanted and needed, made helpful suggestions and were detailed in their estimate and scheduling. When they arrived to do the work, there was a whole crew of workers who really hustled. We had gotten less expensive bids from some other companies but we had seen Sikes' work and were quite impressed by their attention to detail. Pricing was very fair and we know it's going to last. Impressed to say the least and we will definitely use them again.
