We loved our experience with Signature Homes. Anthony was awesome, we randomly stopped into the sales center as we were looking to move from out of state. We stopped in and he walked us through everything and really made us feel like we could live in June Lake which is where we ultimately ended up living. This was our third time doing a new construction home and this time it was from out of state which made us nervous but out of the three, they were the easiest to work with and so far so good on our home. Kelly was great too through the design process and just the overall experience in building with them was smooth and they seemed to hit every point in the timeline. If we decided to move again and build, I’m sure we will inquire first through them.

From the day I signed a contract to build and all during that building process Signature employees have been very attentive. Lauren was especially helpful and patient as we chose some personal selections for our house plan.
And when those thoughtful gifts came during the building process…well, who doesn’t enjoy a surprise treat!
