Sal and his team is a great job pouring a 20x9 concrete patio. Sal reached out and gave an estimate very soon after I posted my project. The team was professional and they gave us the service we asked for. The value of their work was considerably better priced than competitors and they did excellent work. I recently had the pleasure of working with Sievers Construction on a paver project for my patio and sidewalk at my home. After receiving bids from several contractors I decided to go with Sievers Construction and I am glad I did. I was looking for a local construction company that didn’t have several layers of people with their unnecessary hands in the project. Without exception the larger companies had overhead that included fees to organizations like Angie’s, telemarket fees, commission sales doing the bids, general contracting companies, then the subcontractors, foreman for the project and that was all before paying the workers for the project. From the initial meeting with Salvadore, who owns the company, each stage of the project was completed in a manner that exceeded my expectations and within budget. I would highly recommend Salvadore and Sievers Construction for their attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent work.

Sal and his guys offer superior service at the best price in town. We used them to put in a retaining wall that turned out amazing. Then a few weeks later we had a sprinkler emergency the lines broke and our gardener didn't have time to come fix it. We called Sal and not only did he come out and fix it, because of his fair pricing we had a drip line installed for our vines. Well because of that same great pricing we were able to put in a concrete patio and walkway. It was stamped and stained beautifully. Did I mention that all of his work is done straight away? His work and his crew are so professional we already have another project in mind. 7 out of 5 stars.

Ok seriously you read great reviews and figure his friends all wrote them. In a way, you would be right.
Sal does such great work and he is so nice that you become friends. I didn’t just choose him because he had a good honest vibe about him, he also gave a great bid. No hussle just materials and labor. Speechless about the labor. Him and his guys showed up 7am on the dot and got the work done in just two days.
I am a person who wants something done yesterday and seriously some people couldn’t even get back to me within the 5 days from bid to finish. I really could go on forever? Thanks
UPDATE
Ok so I have raved about Sal and his guys and I will show you why. Anything you need they can do for you. We needed a larger slab of concrete for our trampoline and also were tired of the dogs in the wood chip. They even stamped and matched up perfectly to our 14 year old existing concrete. They built a beautiful retaining wall as well and solved our problem. Then we decided to clean out the back embankment and put in railway tie steps so that we can maintain it. I thought... I will ask Sal and boom it was done. You can call him and he gets to you right away. Cesar and the guys are prompt on time and always working until the job is done. Polite, courteous and so professional. I highly recommend.

I called Siever Construction (Jeff) and we set up an appointment. On the day agreed to, no one showed. I called to confirm the date and time and was told Meant another day. When that day came, his employee (Sal) called 30 minutes after he was supposed to arrive and asked to reschedule.

It would have been nice, if they would have said they didn't have time for new work. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.
