Sierra Pacific Consulting has accomplished nothing less than miracles with Kotori Technologies since the first engagement first with ConnectWise Manage and later with ConnectWise Automate. They are effective and efficient and their staff is top-notch. We look to them as our go-to for anything ConnectWise as they have proven themselves over and over with us. We were using CW for almost 2 years and the implementation was led by someone internal and it was horrible. We brought Sierra in to help, and the plan was solid. At the beginning of the project, our internal CW lead left the company. My daughter dove head first into CW and put 50 - 60 hours a week into it, and she has an accounting degree which helped bridge the major deficiencies we have.

Our scope with Sierra changed as we did not need them for the heavy lifting, but more of a "Hey did we do this right"

At one point, they even said it looks like this has changed scope and maybe you don't need the weekly calls etc, which saved us hours and money.

Instead of looking for ways to drag the project and keep billing I think they saw what we needed/wantd and acted in our best interest.

We still have them retained to bounce ideas off of and help as needed.

I would definitely recommend them.

I did the ConnectWise integration with the ConnectWise team and did not feel confident at all. There were still a lot of unanswered questions. That's when I found Sierra Pacific. We went over everything, they gave me really good advices. They really know what they are doing. They have great tips on best practises. They helped us optimize our ConnectWise Manage and easily answered all our questions. I strongly recommend their services 🙂

I purchased connectwise and got the gold implementation. It is normally an 8 week process, but I wanted to fast track and get it done in three weeks. I worked with two of their consultants Cassie and Kyle. It was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and worked around my schedule to ensure we had a smooth start to using connectwise. With their integrations and the software I am able to save a tremendous amount of time in the manual tasks that I used to do.

It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends. Thank you so much for your help!

Our MSP business employed Sierra for ½ year for Linkedin Messaging Lead Generation. As it was very hard to justify paying $2500/mo for this with no guaranteed results, Nicole promised an average of 4 to 6 qualified appointments per month. We received maybe 4 during the entire duration of employing them. ½ of those appointments didn’t even know who we were or why we were there when we met with them. Nicole did complete a few other minor projects for us during that tenure. However, the ROI was maybe 20 % of the purchase price. She then hinted that they have a sales playbook we could buy, although we have a ten year track record of closing deals with our 25 sales people. What prompted me to write this review is that we reached out to her with a simple question just 1 week after our agreement ended. She refused to answer or assist (which could have been remedied with a simple email). Her answer was that she wouldn’t ask us to do anything for free, so why should we ask her for that? My answer? We paid you $15,000!!! Wow! Nice girl until you leave her. I had high hopes when I hired them, and I’m completely let down. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
