Thank you Sid Grinker and your team for being so responsive when we had a recent leak in one of our apartments, the work was more than what our maintenance could handle. The team came in an helped us analyze the location and they got working on it right away. It was pretty extensive project which including plumbing, drywall and finish work. Shout out to Tyler and Todd for going above and beyond when the neighboring tenant was worried about mold. They had additional testing done to assure the resident that there were no more issues. I wanted to reach out and say that your company and workers are WONDERFUL. Our neighbors apartment caught fire and our apt had some water damage. Our landlord hired this company to help restore the building and apts. Sid Grinker repaired our living room ceiling and bathroom ceiling. From start to finish they worked quickly, professionally, and efficiently. All of the workers were respectful to my home and family. They had to move a lot of my furniture and did it with respect and care. Going thru something like this wasn't easy and YOUR COMPANY did a MARVELOUS job.
