My screen printing company has been using ShopWorks software since 1999. What we love: The full spectrum of our industry. It handles everything from sales, purchasing, production, subcontracting and all the accounting in one platform. The new integration of credit card processing has been great. They also have good tech support, knowledgeable staff that has been there a long time and a lot of good tutorial info on their website. Which is needed because it is a large and not always easy to use software. What could use improvement: There are still some glitches and awkward navigation that seems to have tagged along even through many upgrades. Skewed youth and adult size columns has caused many mistakes in purchasing over the years. Something like 6 different buttons to click just to update a design, etc. And the price is expensive. I don't know how it compares with the couple of other industry specific softwares available but it is a large monthly subscription fee. Overall it is worth continuing to stay with them though after 25 year.

Our company has been using ShopWorks since 2008. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially LOVE Tony & Maria. We converted to the "cloud" program a few years ago and I sleep much better at night knowing that my company information is backed up every night.

I'm new to screen print and I am the company's graphic artist, but I've found ShopWorks to be useful in keeping the team organized. I think there might be too many avenues to get to where you want to go within the software or too many unneeded buttons to get out of windows. I find it can get redundant at times. I do like that I can be detailed about orders for design. It makes it easier for billing to be precise. The software was simple to learn. I understand there might be an update coming and I am looking forward to learning more.
