I don’t understand these bad reviews. I’ve met Dr. Pittman twice now and has been nothing short of pleasant and thorough! She is personable while still being professional and you can tell she likes to be thorough to rule out everything! She didnt keep me waiting either!!

Ms. Pittman does not readily address your concerns. She shows no empathy to patients. I had a horrible experience when trying to reach out to this physician regarding follow up questions after a visit. She was brash and attempted to make me feel as though I was incompetent when I asked her questions. She appears to be a pleasant doctor during the visit; however, this is very misleading. I have never written a rating comment regarding a physician. The experience that I had after my visit was overwhelming and disheartening. I emailed the physician twice, called Kaiser three times, spoke with her nurse (according to the nurse, she was working from home), and came to the facility in person. When I arrived at the facility, a support staff contacted the OB/GYN area and informed the staff of my concerns. I spoke with a nurse who informed me that Ms. Pittman had written me a prescription. But, to later discover there was no prescription. I spoke again to the support staff who made contact with Ms. Pittman. I was able to speak with Ms. Pittman. This is when she provided the most insensitive and unprofessional medical services. I informed her that her nurse had contacted me and recommended a medication. She questioned my integrity as though I did not speak to the nurse and she did not know what I was talking about, who I spoke with, and what medication I was referencing. When I expressed my medical concerns, my confidentiality rights were violated. I spoke with Ms. Pittman on a phone that was located in the main lobby/ waiting area of the facility. I was not even offered an invitation to come down stairs to speak with Ms. Pittman.

Dr Pittman was available and on time for me! I had a wonderful experience, She is prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My appointment didn’t take much time so I was able to go on about my business afterwards. I’m definitely going back to her because I can tell she cares and I trust her!

Dr. Sholah P. Pittman is very unprofessional and makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. She made rude remarks to questions and wasn’t warm or welcoming at all. She didn’t address any of the concerns I repeatedly expressed and instead slapped on various unnecessary screenings. I left my appointment in tears because of her. Being a first time mom and having this type of experience is depressing. If you see her pop up as your physician go ahead and cancel. Save yourself the mental and emotional trauma.

This doctor is the only one I've seen who stands during my prenatal appointments. It always feels as though she is in a rush; get in, get out. If she does asks "how are you", you don't get the indication that she's really concerned. Not to mention, it feels as though she is meeting you for the first time after seeing her numerous of times. I had a traumatizing first delivery that resulted in shoulder dystotia. My current pregnancy, I've dealt with Hyperemesis Gravidarum and still have a fear of childbirth/delivery. If you think this doctor will relax your fears, forget about it. The midwife was the one who told me that my pelvis was flat and that there is a possibility that that could be the reason why my first delivery was complicated. The midwife assured me that me and my husband will talk to Dr. Pittman the following Monday and go over the C-section counseling and scheduling. We did not. Instead, she acted soooo concern all of a sudden about another "issue". To make a long story short, it's the day after and I am more confused, angry, and hurt than I was the day before. All she told me was that "they" will contact me by the end of the day to schedule my c-section. I have no clue who "they" are and I have not heard from "them". I don't know who or when I'm supposed to go in for the hospital. Please, for your health and sanity, do not go to this doctor.

I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY!!!!!!! She acts like she doesn't know you after you came to her over three times within a couple of months apart even though it shows it in her records that she has seen you. I requested for test and she would question me on why I needed the test. I finally went to another doctor and within the same day the requested lab work for what I have been requesting with her for the longest and found out what was wrong with me that same day. I f you are in pain she does not really care she seems like she is just there for a check and not the care for patience.
