The ill conceived and poorly executed job at hwy9 and I35 is the biggest mess I have seen in years. They literally shut down the only safe on-ramp to I-35 and forced everybody into a 150-ft merge lane on the interstate. Paint lines going every which direction confuses people who haven't been there before. They are taking so long a tree is literally growing in the middle of the interstate
