Mike and his team are incredibly responsive, go above and beyond (including helping us install our new TV), ensure every detail is taken care of, and effectively problem solve during the house design and build process to accommodate all our ideas as well as provide expertise in areas to arrive at an even better result. From the first time we met with Mike Sherman and his team we knew we had found the right builder. The Sherman team is hard working, dedicated and very thorough. As with any building project, there are challenges that arise and Sherman Homes Inc. took care of all the challenges we encountered with building a custom home.

We built at one of the worst times (during covid) which had incredible material delays and constant issues out of our control or Sherman's control. The build team and project management team both did a great job overcoming and keeping our project on track.

We highly recommend the Sherman team, you can't go wrong unless you choose a builder who over promises and under delivers... that is not Sherman Homes. The Sherman team is straightforward, honest and has your best interest in mind because their reputation depends on it. If prospective clients want to view a finished home we have told Mike that we are always available because we like to show off their work and craftsmanship. We are very proud of our home and thankful to Sherman Homes!

We love our Sherman-built home and its the low cost of utilities, and maintenance. In 5.5 years, we haven’t had any problems or repairs, only a few minor “fixes.”

Mike helped us make many key decisions that improved our original design. It’s wonderful to live in a home that is perfectly designed for our lifestyle and interior design preferences.

We were not living in the area during the building process. So, Mike took care of everything. It was super easy for us. We met on site four or five times to finalize key decisions with Mike. He was always on time, organized, and gave us his undivided attention.

His workers were polite and professional when we visited the construction site. Mike and his team completed the project on time and on budget.
