What a helpful guy, and he knew exactly what he does and doesn't have. I didn't have to waste any time. Really seemed like a guy who knew his stuff. He's used to people who know what they need and don't need. I've seen some poor reviews of this place and I do not believe them. Seemed like a shop full of machines waiting for parts and service 🤔 the guy seriously has his hands full. Be patient and courteous.

The two people running that place ,are..by FAR the rudest people I have Ever run across in the Yreka area...and to be running a business....not sure how they're still open...I brought in my new chainsaw because the pull cord wouldn't retract. And decided to take it to shasta valley chainsaw..it was all good, until I asked for a guest receipt or a repair or claim check...First thing the guy says was "We Don't give those! ...Here...take your saw back"because I didn't buy it there...She was the worst...I'd give them a zero stars

Friendly small town business run by great people! I've had chains sharpened there an engine's work done and it's been a great experience each time. I was impressed with the selection of workclothes and boots and of course chainsaws! Check there first before you head north over the border.

I purchased a new 2200i honda generator within 1 month it would not run.
I brought it in they cleaned the spark arrestor. And informed me that I should not come back. Rude mechanic.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Do not use this company its not worth the hassle.

Been there twice in the last week and got the worst service both times. The last time I went it I was humiliated and the employees weren’t helpful and just laughed at me because I didn’t know how much mix I needed. You’d think they’d want to be helpful and educate someone asking for help to make sales. I won’t be going back.

this guy thinks he's the god of chainsaws, and everyone else is just dumb to him. hung up on me while i was trying to ask him why my oiler wouldnt be working, even after it was cleaned. told me i was dumb for even asking. bad business
