Delicious burgers and fries with much variety. Price is on the higher side but the effort is shown in the quality of the ingredients used. An employee said I wouldn’t be able to finish their three patty burger, it was an enjoyed challenge. I told you I could!

DON'T EAT HERE! I didn't place the order for this food or I would have cancelled it immediately. The reason I would have cancelled is because there's not a burger & shake in this world that I would have paid $74.00 for. A good friend placed an order for delivery and was told it would be there in 15 minutes. Well 15 minutes came and went 3 times over. I was just imagining that the food would be cold and shakes would be melted. Well I was wrong the shakes were still shakes but the fries and burgers were ice cold. I guess the fries and burgers were keeping the shake frozen. I was blown away by how small the cold burger was and the box of fries were deceiving because the box was only ½ way full. To top off the extremely high price small burger & half fill fries box the company refuses to do anything about it. I'm 62 years old and have stage 4 metastatic cancer and don't need crap like this in my life. I will do my best while I'm still alive to tell everyone how crappy this place is. DON'T EAT HERE

The food was good. It has the best environment of any Shake Shack I’ve been to.

They are currently out of clean water and they refuse to give water unless you pay extra (which I was under the impression is illegal in Texas).
I know, it’s a small issue, but if they can’t accommodate water, what else are they cutting corners on?
If they don’t have clean water, how are they cleaning their dishes?

The black truffle shack stack was 10/10, dripping with flavor and cheese. Topped it off with a cookie shake and ended my Sunday with a long nap.

A solid 3.5 star experience. (I gave them a 3 instead on account of the price and quality of the food) They lied about the first responder discount, but that was no biggie. The atmosphere more than made up for that, but the fries were lacking in the cheese and bacon department and pretty flavorless and the burger wasn't anything to write home about. The only thing seasoned was the shake and that was saltier than the dead sea on steroids. Needed to drink a bunch of water afterwords to re-hydrate my tongue. 23.00 for a fast food burger, fries, and a small shake is just crazy.

Today, I visited Shake Shack and delved into their newly introduced Veggie Shack burger, I must admit, it was an extraordinary experience. As a vegetarian who seeks savory alternatives beyond the typical "beyond meat" patty, the Veggie Shack burger offered a refreshing departure from the norm.

Comprising a medley of ingredients like mushrooms, sweet potatoes, carrots, farro, and quinoa, the Veggie Shack burger presented a harmonious fusion of flavors and textures. Unlike many other plant-based fast food options, this burger retained its identity as a celebration of whole vegetables. Each bite was a revelation, allowing me to savor the distinct taste and crunch of every individual component, from the earthy mushrooms to the slightly sweet carrots.

Nestled within Shake Shack's signature fluffy potato roll, the Veggie Shack patty was a revelation. Its juicy and flavorful nature dispelled any reservations I might have had about a vegetarian burger's capacity to captivate the palate. The amalgamation of American cheese, pickle medallions, and crispy fried onions elevated the burger to a whole new level of gratification. The accompanying Shack Sauce, a medley of pickle brine, mayo, ketchup, and mustard, contributed a delightful tangy kick that harmonized flawlessly with the ensemble.

What truly set this burger apart was its commitment to authenticity. Instead of disguising plant-based elements, the Veggie Shack burger celebrated them, presenting a palate-pleasing symphony of tastes that highlighted the essence of each vegetable. This culinary approach makes it a must-try for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, as it challenges preconceived notions of what a plant-based burger can be.

In conclusion, Shake Shack's Veggie Shack burger is an ode to vegetarian fare that stands as a testament to innovation and flavor. It's not just a burger; it's a culinary journey that tantalizes taste buds and satisfies even the heartiest of appetites. This experience has firmly secured its place on my list of favorite indulgences, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a uniquely satisfying dining experience at Shake Shack.

Had a taste for a late night burger and saw this was near me. I had never been to a Shake Shack before and will not likely be again from this experience.

I pulled up, not knowing this wasn't a drive thru. Ordered at the self service kiosk and sat down with a number. There was one group of 3 people ahead of me and 1 person in the dining area. I say this to wonder why my black truffle burger came out so sloppily made. What I received was not on par with the display image. The few crispy onions that on it were in a small clump on one side of the burger along with a dollop of sauce. Every bite had a different flavor due to this inconsistency.
The part that actually had sauce and onions was flavorful, but there just wasn't enough to carry the entire burger through.

The truffle parmesan fries were crispy but had absolutely no flavor. It probably would have helped if they had actually included the truffle sauce, but that was missing from my bag.

The Thai shake was thinner than I would have preferred, more of a drink consistency than an actual milkshake, but it tasted like proper thai.

For $20, and only consuming the burger and shake, this really was not it for me.
