Surgery center is first class. Every aspect of professionals. From the receptionist, pre-op, post-op staff are amazing, making a stressful day much more manageable.

Love this place. The nurses and doctors there are very nice but I went there recently on Friday I was about 10min late to my son's appointment but I was also in the wrong office. I had to be in radiology.. anyways the receptionist that took me in was extremely rude to me because I was late. And I understand being late delays things for them but it was an honest mistake.. I wish I would of caught her name because she was rude and made me feel horrible because of it. Anyways. Other than that I love the place..

I went into Muir orthopedic surgical center to get an epidural by Dr Chang, from my check in with Rachel she was the most amazing kindheart sweet young gal, she even held my hand all the way til I got into the procedure room, and popped back in afterward. 😊 I also want to thank Diane who was the nurse checking me in, such a sweetheart. Very compassionate. I highly recommend this place for any same day procedures. Doc Chang is a very skilled and knowledgeable.

Urgent care receptionist was surly and rude. Call center was incompetent and scheduled us for a procedure on a day Doctor dies not do procedures. Took day off from work without pay only to not be seen at all. Would NOT recommend Muir Orthopedics at all.
