We did a whole Kitchen remodel and back yard patio build as we got ready for the summer. Our project is complete and we really couldn't be happier with the results. Carlos and his team did an amazing job with our project!

There was a lot to coordinate, but Carlos and his team worked with us every step of the way, which in turn kept us on budget for the work that they were providing.

They were patient with our questions and helped guide us through the process. They were really focused on making sure that we were happy with the services and attention to every detail. We knew we had picked a good contractor when we signed with them, but now I can honestly say we picked the best contractor!

Carlos Espinosa is the face, brains, hands, and the aesthetic eye behind Shadai Construction. Together with his very competent workers, Shadai completely remodeled my entire apartment, literally from ceiling-to-floor. To make matters somewhat complex, I live in a high rise apartment building constructed in 1966, with concrete ceilings and floors between each story. In addition, all work was done during the COVID pandemic.

This job included the complete remodeling of a new kitchen and bathroom, all electrical, plumbing, custom carpentry, and new flooring throughout. It involved thoughtful design choices that went hand-in-hand with the construction work performed.

The remodel is beautiful and far exceeded all of my expectations! The kitchen functions better than any I've previously had and worked in. It has been the envy of all who visit. The compact bathroom, a sometimes necessary "down side" of "big city," apartment living... is attractive and comfortable, and optimizes use and storage.

To work with Carlos and his team has been a total pleasure. I cannot praise the high quality of his work, designs, work ethic, and execution of each highly enough. He listened carefully to my ideas and included me in every aspect of the process.
