Jeff and Andrew have been faithful since I've needed a Civil Engineer to design a site plan to develop my property in Moab, UT. I am currently on starting phase two, and Jeff has answered every question been a ready resource. We used Set Engineering on a number of projects at our campground in Moab, Utah. One included the development of 7 acres and Jeff and his team were a huge part of making the expansion a success. They pay attention to detail, work closely with city, county and state officials to meet all requirements and be in compliance. They have an excellent relationship with the planning commission which means everyone is on the same page. We would definitely use Set Engineering again, they are a valuable asset to have in your corner when doing a development.

We were referred to SET Engineering by several people in our community and could not be more pleased we took their great advice. We bought a parcel of land much larger than we wanted for ourselves and decided we would subdivide and create a small development but had no idea how to even begin. They walked us through the entire process, explained things to us so we could understand and made is seamless, easy and smooth. Our property is in a community unfriendly to subdividing and development but SET had everything buttoned up so tightly we breezed through the process in our county with zero hiccups. Even when the county had some "nice to have" requests SET educated me so I could push back and not agree to items not in code or ordinance. Our OPC has been spot on almost to the penny so zero surprises as we moved through the earthwork. All that said, they are professional, know exactly what they are doing and just plain nice to work with. Great group of people I cannot recommend highly enough.
