Paul Gutierrez came today to our home as we recently woke up to a flooded kitchen and bathroom over the weekend. Two other plumbers had came prior and couldn’t find source of leak or extent of damage. Thank God for Servpro Walnut who figured it out, and I can’t rave enough about Paul who they sent out! He was extremely thorough, competent, articulate, and knowledgeable! He took his time to make sure he didn’t miss anything, and explained everything to me every step of the way! Servpro Walnut give this guy a raise, he is one valuable employee, his customer service is A+! On top of that I learned Paul is from my hometown Baldwin Park where I was born and raised…BONUS!!! A pipe burst at my house flooded my house. Southern van in front of my neighbor’s house.. They were responded quickly. They communicated great. They Communicated and got approval from the insurance company. They got everything done and got my house back in Ordered in a timely fashion. Thank you, Surf pro you are awesome. Servpro Walnut just finished the water and mold mitigation work in my master bathroom and master bedroom. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
