The team at servpro vacaville that helped us after serious water damage were lifesavers. They were on site within hours, and came back daily for weeks to check on progress, make adjustments, take photos/backup information for the insurance claim, and were always super professional, respectful of our home, and just all around kind. It is never easy to deal with a kitchen leak. It was more difficult around the Christmas holiday. I made a painless phone call and Jim came out the next day. The day after that Andrew and Jerret came over and started tearing the damage pieces away. They were a pleasure to be around and work with. Everyone was clean, fast and great personalities! We had a water leak from our dishwasher that leaked under our wood floors in the kitchen. Servpro came out , saw the problem right away. Throughly informed us about what had to happen. They setup two fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the floor. They needed to keep coming out to measure the water level. Once the water was dry, they removed their equipment. At that point, we were able to contact our contractor. Servpro representatives were always professional and worked around our schedule. Thank you Servpro.
